We do all of the leg work in finding fun, engaging, well made, and unique toys, books, gifts and activities, design them into awesome gift ready Happy Crates, saving YOU time, and doubling the SMILES!

Happy Crates is dedicated to sharing smiles with children fighting cancer in the U.S. A portion of EVERY purchase funds our mission to provide these courageous cancer warriors with Happy Crates, host fun hospital events, and make them SMILE!

Who are you partnered with?

Happy Crates is SO excited to be officially partnered with Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation! $1 from EVERY piece of apparel sold goes directly to ALSF, a national childhood cancer foundation dedicated to raising funds for research into new treatments and cures for all children battling cancer.

How does the Happy Crates Subscription work?
  • Our Happy Crates Subscription service is SURE to make your little one SMILE!! Every crate is built with your child's age in mind, as we carefully choose the best toys, games and gifts, and curate them together. It’s as easy as 1,2,3!
  • 1-Choose the appropriate age crate for your child.
  • 2-Choose the length of your subscription, and how you would like to be billed.
  • 3- Leave the rest to us, and sit back and enjoy the SMILES!
What is in each Subscription Crate?
  • 2-5 items curated together to offer TONS of fun!! We hand select toys, games, activities, and gifts from high end and TOP quality brands.
  • Packaged together in a Happy Crates box, and shipping is FREE!
Can I pick the theme of my child’s subscription?
  • No, and this is what makes our Happy Crates subscription EVEN more fun!! The excitement of getting mail, the surprise of what the theme they’re going to open, and the SMILE that will follow is what we LOVE!
  • All of our subscriptions are gender neutral, and built age specific, so no need to worry about that!
When do Subscription Crates begin shipping?

Your very 1st crate ships on the 1st business day following sign up. Shipping is 7-10 days based on your location. We ship from the East coast. WOOHOO!!!

How much goes towards your Mission?

20% of the proceeds from your Happy Crates Subscription funds our Mission!

What are Celebration Crates?

Happy Crates features a line of Celebration Crates that are themed gifts, ready to make a lucky recipient SMILE! ALL of our Celebration Crates include a FREE gift message to be included in the box, AND FREE shipping!!!

How much goes towards your Mission?

What is Happy Crates Gear?

Happy Crates believes in spreading awareness for childhood cancer, so we’ve created a beautiful line of childhood cancer awareness gear!

Will you be adding children’s gear?

YES, as soon as we’re finished designing the children’s gear, it’ll hit our gear shop!!! Check back often for NEW and changing designs!

How do I choose the correct size?

We ask that you be VERY conscious of the style fit guide provided for each piece of apparel when choosing your sizes.

How much goes towards your Mission?
  • 50% of the proceeds from our Gear funds our Mission!
  • AND, in addition to helping to fund OUR Mission, we ALSO donate $1 to our charity partner, Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation!
How long will it take to receive my order?

Our standard ship time is 7-10 business days.

Can I ship to an APO or FPO address?

You sure can!!

What is your Return Policy?
  • Our #1 goal at is to make you SMILE! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to us at and be sure to reference your order # so that we can try to resolve your order issues. We’re here to help you every step of the way.
  • You may return eligible items – for whatever reason – up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note, subscription crates are NOT eligible for return.
How do I begin a Return?

To begin a product return, please email us and be sure to include your order# and the problem with your order so that we can better assist you.

Return Shipping

  • Please note that if you’re returning apparel due to the wrong size, or a gift crate, you are responsible for return shipping costs.


  • Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging in order to be eligible for a refund. We recommend that you choose a shipping method that is trackable.
  • Once we receive your package, we will credit the amount of the item to the original method of payment within 14 business days of receiving the return. If the item was purchased with a gift certificate or as a gift, you’ll be issued an in-store credit for the amount of the item.
